The independent jihadist group called the Ansar Abu Bakr al-Siddiq Squadron, which focuses on attacking the Turkish army in the region of Idlib and its environs in northwest Syria, has released a new video featuring an operation against the Turkish army. It is the second video released by the squadron (for the first video, see here). The video is entitled 'Revenge Expedition for the Sister Shu'a' Nu'ama' and dated Tuesday 15 Ramadan 1442 AH.
The video includes the following opening description:
'Indeed your brothers in the Ansar Abu Bakr al-Siddiq Squadron affirm to the apostates of the 'Turkish NATO' army that our strikes are continuing and the revenge for the religion of God, and the honour of the Muslims, and their blood is ongoing by the permission of God.
'And fight them until there is no more fitna and the religion belongs wholly to God. So if they desist, indeed God is well-aware of what they do'- (al-Anfal 39).
And our pledge is the words of al-Siddiq Abu Bakr (may God be pleased with him): 'By God I should wage jihad against them so long as I hold the sword in my hand.' And praise be to God the Lord of the Worlds.'
The video then proceeds to show the 'targeting of a military vehicle of the Turkish NATO army with an IED near the village of al-Mastouma in revenge for the sister Shu'a' Nu'ama: Tuesday 15 Ramadan 1442 AH.'
