This particular song is the work of a Lebanese Christian singer called Julia Boutros, well-known for her pro-Hezbollah stance. The song, which was produced last year for a pro-Assad network (Shabakat Sham al-Mu'ida), is regularly heard on Syrian State TV and in videos uploaded to Youtube and other social media by supporters of the Assad regime (e.g. see this video dedicated to the victory of Assad's forces and Hezbollah over the rebels in Quá¹£ayr earlier this year).
"Fire your guns, show no mercy,
For your bullets have spoken on the battlefields.
Your enemy is under delusion as he approaches,
He will either die on the ground or be routed.
Remind your enemies if they have forgotten,
We will never forget what they have done
As oppression imminently departs.
Whoever treads on your abodes, may he regret it.
Fire your guns, show no mercy.
Fire your guns, show no mercy,
For your bullets have spoken on the battlefields.
Your enemy is under delusion as he approaches,
He will either die on the ground or be routed.
Might is your companion, and the hope.
And the homeland is proud of your example.
We will not despair even if time be prolonged.
For the wall of fear is torn down through you.
Fire your guns, show no mercy.
Fire your guns, show no mercy,
For your bullets have spoken on the battlefields.
Your enemy under delusion as he approaches,
He will either die on the ground or be routed."
