Iraq has parliamentary elections on 10 October. Unsurprisingly, the Islamic State's editorial line this week in al-Naba' (issue 307) focuses on those elections, considering that Iraq is the group's main area of operations in the world. In a recent video put out by the group's 'Iraq province' office, the group warned against elections and democracy as a religion contrary to Islam and featured the killing of an individual who called for participation in elections.
